We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Software Excellence Center and work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements, and supporting product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Job Description:
Business Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Gather, clarify, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, backlogs, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Track requirement changes and ensure updates are properly documented and communicated.
- Ensure requirements are complete, clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Delivery
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, Product Managers, and engineering teams.
- Identify requirement gaps, unclear expectations, and potential misalignment, and support their resolution.
- Support backlog refinement and help development teams understand business context, customer value, and product goals.
- Participate in discussions related to scope, priorities, and Definition of Done to support successful product delivery.
- Support solution validation with stakeholders and development teams.
Global Collaboration
- Work with international team members and cross-functional teams to support software development and product delivery.
- Participate in online meetings outside regular working hours when required to coordinate with international teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Management, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Structural Engineering, or a related role within the software or construction/engineering industry.
- Understanding or practical experience in structural engineering
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development practices and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, requirement documentation, and supporting backlog refinement.
- Ability to understand and translate engineering and construction requirements into clear and actionable software requirements.
- Ability to analyze business and engineering processes, identify requirement gaps, and support solution validation with Product Managers and development teams.
- Experience working with engineering, product, software development, or other cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively resolve issues.
- English proficiency: CEFR B1 or equivalent, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
- Experience working with international engineering or software development teams is an advantage.
