Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support business innovation initiatives. The role works closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and features.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business processes, workflows, and product ideas into technical solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new product concepts.
• Build applications using C#, .NET, Unity, and related technologies.
• Integrate UI, data management, and business logic into software products.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and Agile development activities.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
• Share knowledge and support team members when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related industry.
• Proficiency in C# and application development.
• Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns.
• Experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience with Unity or similar application development platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Git.
• Knowledge of 3D assets, UI development, or interactive applications is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency at CEFR B1+ level or equivalent.
