Job description

Ideal for candidates with experience in construction project coordination, contracts administration, procurement support, quantity surveying, or project controls.

Mô tả công việc

  • Manage contracts, procurement (POs), and project documentation across the full project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, including delivery tracking and invoice verification.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project planning/handovers.
  • Identify risks, improve processes, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.

 

Job requirements

  • Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Construction Management.
  • Relevant experience in construction/project delivery is an advantage.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B1 or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of project administration (scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk).
  • Familiarity with cost estimation, quantity take-off, and construction drawings is a plus.
  • Planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and committed to long-term career development.
